Our platform takes the dark data of service across the variegated technology stack to unify the view of how effective businesses are at reducing/meeting customer effort. serviceMob reduces contact demand, improves CSAT/NPS, and reduces cost to serve. We provide new industry metrics, which measure how we solve issues vs. operational efficiency metrics which tell us nothing about the effectiveness of our business.

serviceMob is a startup based in Southern California with a mission to fix the many inefficiencies in how consumers access and interact with companies when they need customer service.

serviceMob utilizes system dynamics to help navigate and reconstruct a true view of effort from the perspective of the customer. Now, businesses can measure something they have been trying for years to measure… RESOLUTION! The resolution rate at the contact level across any channel is extremely difficult for any company to calculate. This is a result of the vast amount of data in service and the thousands of data models which exist in this technological jungle!

The technology employs predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to provide specific Industry and Business Segment metrics. Through integration, our platform can further make recommendations to improve product, services, goods, which improves revenue, reduces churn, and improves gross margin.

serviceMob integrates via standard pub/sub APIs and can ingest data in variety of formats.

Our system retains an intelligence layer which allows us to decipher any and all data models in this space.

serviceMob is able to capture data across each of the systems that make a modern customer interaction possible ; either via accessing the data directly form your vendors, utilizing data in a federated environment (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.), or as simple as flat files.

We render data in our frontend and can extend our data model to other tools where marketing, sales, customer success, etc. utilize our data in visualization tools like Tableau, LookerBI, or pushed directly back into your federated data environment.
